Environmental law occurs as body of law, which is a technique of complex & interlinking system, regulations & policies which tries to protect a natural environment which may be affected, impacted or endangered by human action. Virtually all environmental laws regulate a quantum & nature and severity of impacts of human action: for instance, setting permissible levels of pollution. More environmental laws come preventative within nature and search to assess a conceivable impacts prior to a mortal activites could occur. This vicinity of law is understand when environmental impact assessment.
